Overview
- Lead the development and implementation of the organization’s artificial intelligence strategy to support business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning models to improve operational efficiency, decision-making, and customer experience.
- Manage and guide a multidisciplinary AI team, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, and analysts, to ensure successful delivery of AI projects.
- Identify opportunities across the organization where AI solutions can automate processes, optimize performance, and create business value.
- Ensure the quality, governance, and ethical use of data and AI systems while complying with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and senior management to align AI initiatives with strategic goals and operational needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models and systems, ensuring continuous improvement, scalability, and reliability.
- Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in artificial intelligence to drive innovation within the organization.
- Develop policies, frameworks, and standards for AI development, deployment, and risk management.
- Prepare strategic reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting AI project outcomes, performance metrics, and future opportunities.
