- في إطار توجه الوزارة نحو تسريع تبني تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي وتعزيز التحول الرقمي القائم على البيانات، تعلن الوزارة عن رغبتها في استقطاب خبير في الذكاء الاصطناعي للانضمام إلى فريقها المتخصص ضمن العائلة الوظيفية (التكنولوجيا الرقمية والبيانات والمعلومات – الذكاء الاصطناعي).
- يأتي هذا الدور الاستراتيجي لدعم تطوير السياسات، وتصميم الحلول الذكية، وتمكين الاستخدام الأمثل لتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في دعم اتخاذ القرار وتحسين كفاءة الأعمال الحكومية.
- المهام والمسؤوليات:
- تحليل احتياجات الأعمال وتحديد أفضل حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي المناسبة.
- إعداد الدراسات والتصاميم الفنية للحلول الذكية وتقديم التقارير الفنية المتخصصة.
- تطوير استخدامات الذكاء الاصطناعي داخل الجهة.
- تصميم وتطوير أطر عمل تعتمد على تحليل البيانات وتحويلها إلى رؤى قابلة للتنفيذ.
- إعداد الخطط الاستراتيجية للذكاء الاصطناعي وربطها بالأهداف المؤسسية.
- دعم تطوير النماذج التنبؤية وتحسين جودة البيانات واتخاذ القرار.
- تقديم وتقييم الحلول التقنية وتقديم التوصيات الفنية لاعتماد أفضل الممارسات.
- العمل على تكامل حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي مع الأنظمة الرقمية الحالية.
- تقديم مبادرات الابتكار في الذكاء الاصطناعي داخل الجهة.
- تقديم وتقييم فرص استخدام تقنيات التعلم الآلي والتحليلات المتقدمة.
- دعم بناء القدرات الداخلية في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي.
- وضع سياسات حوكمة البيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي.
- متابعة أحدث الاتجاهات العالمية وتطبيقاتها في القطاع الحكومي.
- المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة:
- دكتوراه في هندسة الحاسوب + خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات
- ماجستير في هندسة الحاسوب + خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات
- بكالوريوس في هندسة الحاسوب + خبرة لا تقل عن 12 سنة
- الشهادات المهنية (يفضل توفر عدد منها أو جميعها):
- شهادة ممارس الذكاء الاصطناعي المعتمد
- شهادات في الأمن السيبراني وخصوصية البيانات وإدارة المخاطر
- خبرات وشهادات في الحوسبة السحابية (Azure / Oracle Cloud)
- شهادات في قواعد البيانات (Oracle / SQL / Data Warehouse)
- شهادات في تطوير الأنظمة (Java / Python / IoT)
- شهادات متقدمة في إدارة قواعد البيانات، الحوكمة، وتدقيق أمن المعلومات (ISO 27001 / 27002)
