AI Implementation Strategist

Key Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact areas for
• AI integration across business functions
• **Design and execute AI transformation strategies and implementation roadmaps**
• **Develop AI-powered CRM workflows**

• Lead generation and intake automation
• Lead qualification and scoring
• Customer engagement (Email / WhatsApp / digital channels)
• Sales pipeline tracking and optimization
• Follow-up automation and conversion workflows
• Post-sales retention and feedback systems
• Build and manage
• automation workflows (event-driven systems)
• :
• Trigger → Action → Outcome logic
• Example: Lead received → AI scoring → assignment → outreach → follow-up
• Integrate systems across:
• CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
• Communication tools (Email, WhatsApp, CRM messaging)
• Data sources (web forms, portals, campaign systems)
• Analyze data and monitor AI outputs, including:
• Conversion rates
• Lead scoring accuracy
• Customer engagement performance
• Develop dashboards and reports to present

Qualifications

• Proven experience in:
• AI technologies, machine learning, and data analysis
• Designing and executing
• AI implementation strategies
• Building or managing
• automation workflows and system integrations
• Strong technical knowledge of:
• CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
• Workflow automation tools (Power Automate, Zapier, Make, or similar)
• Data integration and API-based systems
• Proficiency in:
• Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Statistical modeling and analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Effective communication skills to work with
• both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Education
