M·A·C is hiring an Area Retail Trainer based in Dubai, UAE.
The highly mobile role combines makeup artistry, retail expertise, and people development across Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
The trainer will help retail teams strengthen artistry, product knowledge, selling capabilities, and consumer service.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with retail teams across three markets to develop artistry and product knowledge.
- Strengthen selling capabilities and teams’ delivery of the M·A·C consumer experience.
- Travel consistently between Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain to support retail teams.
Qualifications
- At least two years’ experience as a Retail Manager, Regional Artist, or in a comparable retail training role.
- Intermediate to advanced makeup artistry skills.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching capabilities.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel consistently between Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organised; emotionally intelligent, interpersonally strong, and open to feedback.
- Able to work independently and build trusted relationships across teams and markets.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel.
