Senior Manager, Consumer Intelligence covering the Middle East and emerging markets, with the description stating the role is based in Mumbai, India.
The role informs decisions for prestige beauty brands, from product launches to brand storytelling and consumer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Bring consumer perspectives into brand strategy, annual planning, launches, campaigns, and investment decisions.
- Research consumer needs, brand perceptions, shopper behavior, and growth opportunities across relevant markets.
- Connect brand health, market intelligence, social listening, CRM, digital, and retail data.
- Turn findings into recommendations and partner with business teams to apply insights.
- Manage research agencies and projects and represent local priorities in regional and global discussions.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in consumer insights and market research.
- Deep understanding of Middle East consumers; India and broader emerging markets experience is highly valued.
- Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills, commercial judgment, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management.
- Fluent English; prestige beauty, luxury, or related consumer sector experience is an advantage.
- Curious, proactive, hands-on approach.
