What We'd Love to Hear
- Training experience in fragrance, skincare or makeup.
- A passion for beauty and delivering engaging learning experiences.
- Strong communication, presentation and coaching skills.
- The ability to turn product knowledge into practical selling skills and exceptional consumer experiences.
Qualifications
- University degree holder preferred.
- Experienced trainer, preferably within the cosmetics retail industry.
- Strong retail mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Excellent presentation skills and organized in instructional training.
- Sound understanding of retail business and market with excellent customer service skills and standards.
- An excellent team player with great interpersonal skills.
- Resourceful, flexible, well organized, highly disciplined with the ability to multi-task and handle stressful situations.
- A self-motivator who is passionate, energetic with the ability to motivate and energize others.
- Willingness to travel.
