Role overview
Temporary product registration role supporting the Middle East team and product registrations across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
Reports to the Regulatory Affairs Director and supports regulatory systems, documentation, and distributor coordination.
What you will do
- Prepare registration documents and enter product information into the Ghad, Montaji, and MOIAT portals.
- Check data accuracy, monitor new product registrations, and maintain progress trackers.
- Coordinate registration information with local distributors and consolidate their reports.
- Extract information from company systems to support supply chain requests.
- Keep product information and documentation organized and confidential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong data entry, analysis, and reporting capabilities.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage deadlines, and eagerness to learn.
- Experience in cosmetics regulations is an advantage.
