Responsibilities
- Analyze operational performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Produce reports, dashboards, and visualizations within specified timeframes.
- Communicate insights to different audiences using clear data storytelling.
- Validate data and ensure output accuracy and quality assurance.
- Guide non-analytical colleagues in interpreting data and using insights.
Essential experience
- Experience undertaking analysis, providing insight, and producing clear graphical representations and data visualizations.
- Experience presenting analysis and insight to non-technical audiences to support evidence-based decisions.
Desirable experience
- Practical knowledge of basic mathematics, Excel formulas, or similar is desirable.
- Experience in performance work in the CPS, Criminal Justice System, or another operational organization is desirable.
- Membership of GSS, GORs, or an equivalent organization is desirable.
