Role Description

The Area Manager UAE Abu Dhabi - Orthopedics, Pain & Rehabilitation is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.

This role is responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence for orthopedic, pain, and rehabilitation products and services in the assigned territory.

Day-to-day activities include visiting healthcare providers, presenting product portfolios, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting clinical staff with training and education.

The Area Manager will monitor market trends, analyze sales performance, and develop territory plans to meet revenue and profitability targets.

The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, managing distributor relationships where applicable, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations, and maintaining accurate reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales skills with a proven track record in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals, ideally within orthopedics, pain management, or rehabilitation.
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills to build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
  • Robust Analytical Skills to interpret market data, forecast sales, and develop effective territory and account strategies.
  • Experience in Training healthcare staff or sales teams on product features, clinical applications, and best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for planning, reporting, and customer relationship management.
  • Knowledge of the UAE healthcare market and regulatory environment is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a field-based schedule, and travel within Abu Dhabi and surrounding areas as needed.
