Area Manager – Orthopedics, Pain & Rehabilitation (UAE) - Dubai
Role Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic and clinically skilled Sales & Clinical expert to drive the adoption and utilization of innovative therapies, including:
- Hyaluronic acid injections
- Peripheral nerve stimulation systems
- Advanced rehabilitation technologies
- This hybrid role combines commercial execution with hands-on clinical support, requiring strong engagement with physicians, rehabilitation specialists, operating room (OR) teams, and patients.
Sales & Buisness Development
- Promote and drive sales across hospitals, clinics, rehab centers, and pain centers
- Develop new business in orthopedics, pain management, and neuro-rehabilitation
- Build relationships with surgeons, pain specialists, physiotherapists, and procurement teams
- Execute territory plans and achieve sales targets
- Support tenders and pricing strategies
Clinical Support
- Provide OR/procedure support for StimRouter and Durolane
- Support rehab sessions and training for Bioness systems
- Train healthcare professionals on product usage
- Ensure proper case preparation and follow-up
- Support patient pathways
Educational And Market Development
- Conduct presentations and workshops
- Support marketing and congress activities
- Position products in treatment algorithms
- Gather market intelligence
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Maintain CRM and forecasts
- Report market insights
Qualifications And Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device sales or clinical support
- Experience with patients and OR/procedures
- Background in biomedical engineering, physiotherapy, nursing, or similar
- Experience in the UAE preferred
- Strong communication skills
