We’re Hiring: Area Manager (Arabic Speakers ) – Supermarkets \| UAE
Join one of the UAE’s leading supermarket chains and take the next step in your retail leadership career!
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple store locations
- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and teams
- Ensure high standards in merchandising, inventory, and customer service
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience in retail/FMCG, with multi-store management exposure
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of the UAE retail market is a plus
