Leads and develops store teams in line with brand and company strategy.
Oversees operations, sales, costs, and retail standards to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Monitor progress toward sales and operational goals.
- Ensure stores are organized, well merchandised, and maintained to high standards.
- Plan commercial initiatives to achieve sales targets and improve business performance.
- Monitor cash flows, sales performance, inventory, cash receipts, and operating records.
- Ensure customer service initiatives are in place and resolve customer issues promptly and courteously.
- Guide store managers in achieving customer-service priorities and targets.
- Monitor stock control and keep store shrink within company guidelines.
- Provide analytical feedback on store performance during weekly and monthly trade reviews with the Brand Director.
Requirements
- High school certificate.
- 7+ years of experience in retail operations, including at least 3 years in a store management role.
- A qualification in a retail-related field is an added advantage.
- English proficiency.
