Stocker

To ensure the Fruit & Vegetables department is fully stocked, merchandised, clean, and organized at all times while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining product freshness, quality, and food safety standards.

• Replenish fruit and vegetable displays according to department standards.
• Ensure products are properly arranged, priced, labeled, and presented.
• Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of shortages or fast-moving items.
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and stock rotation procedures.
• Remove damaged, expired, or low-quality products from displays.
• Receive, unload, and arrange incoming deliveries.
• Assist in stock counts and inventory checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of displays, shelves, storage areas, and equipment.
• Follow food safety, HACCP, and company hygiene standards.
• Support promotional displays and seasonal merchandising activities.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of experience in retail, supermarkets, grocery, or fresh food operations.
• Basic knowledge of handling fresh fruits and vegetables.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Physically fit and able to lift and move stock.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
