Commercial sales role covering duty-free and other travel retail accounts across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with travel retail customers and commercial stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop existing accounts.
- Create account plans and sales activity to deliver revenue and growth objectives.
- Improve product presence, ranging, visibility and sales performance with customers.
- Negotiate commercial opportunities in line with business priorities.
- Monitor account performance, risks and opportunities, and agree follow-up actions.
- Coordinate internally to meet customer requirements and deliver commitments.
- Keep accurate account records and share customer and market insight.
Candidate requirements
- Demonstrable sales and account management experience within travel retail.
- Track record of developing customer relationships, growing accounts and delivering sales results.
- Understanding of travel retail customers, channels and commercial dynamics.
- Confidence negotiating, presenting and engaging stakeholders at different levels.
- Proactive, commercially focused approach to new opportunities.
- Strong organisation, communication and relationship-management skills.
- Drinks or beverage experience is welcome but not essential.
- Candidates from other industries may be considered if they have directly relevant travel retail experience and a strong commercial track record.
