- The role requires a multidisciplinary design professional with expertise in urban design, master planning, and visual communication.
- The candidate should possess strong capabilities in:
- Urban design and master planning development.
- Preparation of conceptual and detailed design proposals.
- 3D modeling, visualization, and rendering.
- Graphic design and presentation development.
- Design and production of presentation boards and project materials.
- Spatial planning and site analysis.
- Development of urban design guidelines and frameworks.
- Preparation of high-quality reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and visualization software.
Preferred Skills
- Urban design and landscape planning.
- 3D modeling and visualization tools (e.g., Rhino, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Twinmotion, or similar).
- Graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work on complex planning and design projects from concept through development stages.
