Role context

Education and experience

• Bachelor's degree in banking, finance, economics, accounting, business administration, information systems, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in transaction banking, cash management, corporate banking, treasury services, business analytics, or business analysis.
• Experience in business analysis, MIS reporting, strategic initiatives, process improvement, or product implementation projects.

Preferred banking experience

• Exposure to multinational corporate banking, transaction banking, or cash management businesses is preferred.
• Familiarity with cash management products, payments, collections, deposits, and liquidity solutions is desirable.
• Regional or international banking experience is an advantage.
• Experience preparing management reports, business cases, dashboards, and performance analyses is cited.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including analyzing large datasets and generating actionable insights.
• Excellent Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or data visualization skills.
• Strong business analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong planning, organizational, and project coordination abilities; attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Results-oriented approach, commercial awareness, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools.
