The employer is seeking an Architect to manage architectural works at site.
The role includes coordination with consultants and contractors and ensuring construction follows approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete architectural works at site while ensuring quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
- Ensure approved architectural details and finishes are properly implemented.
- Resolve site-related design and technical issues.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar construction standards and project specifications.
- Assist with snagging, inspections, and handover activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction projects.
- Strong site supervision experience for residential, commercial, or mixed-use building projects.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and finishing works.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 10,000 to QAR 11,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is in person in Doha.
