Project delivery role

Education and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience across the Project Development Life Cycle, from concept and business case through implementation and closure.
• Experience coordinating business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, security, finance, procurement, and external vendors.
• Experience preparing project plans, governance submissions, management reports, and executive presentations; managing concurrent projects or workstreams.
• Experience in banking, financial services, technology, consulting, or another regulated environment is preferred.

Methods, tools, and certifications

• Relevant methods include project and programme management, Project Development Life Cycle, Software Development Life Cycle, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery.
• Skills include business cases, proposals, requirements, scope, schedule, cost, resources, governance, risk, issues, dependencies, and change management.
• Work includes vendor, procurement, contract coordination, testing, implementation, operational readiness, benefits realization, and post-implementation review.
• Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent project tools are listed.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent certifications are preferred; change-management certification is advantageous; ITIL knowledge is beneficial.

• Manage project delivery and concurrent workstreams; coordinate stakeholders and vendors.
• Prepare plans, governance submissions, reports, and executive presentations; manage scope, schedule, cost, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and change.
• Coordinate testing, implementation, operational readiness, benefits realization, and post-implementation reviews.
• Maintain project records and audit evidence.
