Preferred experience and certifications
- Exposure to Corporate Banking, Institutional Banking, Transaction Banking, or Coverage environments is preferred.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile Business Analysis, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.
Special skills and qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication in English, including report writing; good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and practices.
- Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering, BRS/BRDs, process mapping, user stories, operating model documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of banking products, coverage models, client management frameworks, and wholesale banking data flows and architecture.
- Proficiency in business analysis and collaboration tools such as Planview, JIRA, Visio, Figma, Microsoft Office Suite, and data visualization or reporting platforms.
- The description also calls for decision-making, follow-through, personal integrity, self-management, planning, organization, analytical ability, and results orientation.
Location
- The referenced position will be in Qatar.

Work is bounded by the Group's strategic plan, budget and scorecard targets, policies and procedures, delegated authorities, approved business requirements, target operating models, project governance, and transformation frameworks.
Applicable regulatory requirements, data governance standards, information security policies, risk management guidelines, project scope, functional requirements, business process standards, KPI frameworks, and approved implementation plans apply.
Working relationships
Works with divisional and departmental personnel across the Group, including Coverage, Relationship Management, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Finance.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements for coverage and client management activities.
- Develop and document requirements, process maps, user stories, and operating models for business initiatives.
- Support project governance, transformation frameworks, and implementation planning within approved scope and requirements.
- Work with divisional and departmental personnel and stakeholders across the Group, including Coverage, Relationship Management, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Finance.
