Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university; banking, finance, economics, business administration, IT, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in private banking, wealth management, investments, business analysis, product management, banking transformation, or related domains.
- Experience in business requirements gathering, stakeholder management, client analytics, wealth management initiatives, and digital transformation projects within banking.
- Experience within a highly rated international bank is preferred.
Required special skills
- Excellent spoken and written English, including report writing.
- Strong business analysis, requirements gathering (BRS/BRDs), user stories, process modelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of private banking, wealth management, investment products, portfolio advisory, and digital wealth capabilities.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, business performance measurement, and translating business needs into practical solutions and recommendations.
- Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and practices; analytical, planning, and organizational ability.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills, decision-making ability, integrity, self-management, and results orientation.
Role focus
