Education and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; listed areas include Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Accounting, Marketing, and Data Analytics.
• A relevant postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in wealth management, banking, investments, business analysis, product management, digital banking, or banking transformation.
• Experience at a highly rated international or regional bank is preferred.
• Experience supporting wealth management, investment advisory, digital wealth, client proposition, or customer journey initiatives is preferred.
• Relevant professional qualifications in business analysis, project management, investments, wealth management, or data analytics are advantageous.

Core expertise

• Practical experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder workshops, data analysis, performance reporting, and implementation support.
• Strong knowledge of affluent banking, wealth management, investment products, portfolio advisory, and wealth lending concepts.
• Business analysis skills include BRS/BRD requirements, user stories, process mapping, gap analysis, documentation, and solution validation.
• Knowledge of digital wealth platforms and investment onboarding, advisory, execution, portfolio monitoring, and servicing journeys.
• Ability to interpret client, portfolio, financial, operational, and performance data; client analytics, segmentation, persona development, and customer journey analysis.
• Ability to develop dashboards, management reports, presentations, business cases, and implementation documentation.
• Excellent oral and written English communication, including report writing; strong workshop facilitation, presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder coordination skills.
