Role overview

Education and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• At least seven years of relevant experience in Banking, Business Analysis, Strategy, Transformation, Coverage, or Operating Model initiatives.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, operating-model design, and stakeholder management.
• Corporate Banking, Institutional Banking, Transaction Banking, or Coverage exposure is preferred.

Preferred certifications

• CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile Business Analysis, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma certifications are advantageous.

Required skills

• Excellent oral and written English communication, including report writing; good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Understand relevant laws, regulations, and practices; demonstrate decision-making, initiative follow-through, integrity, and self-management.
• Demonstrate planning, organization, analytical ability, and a results-oriented approach.
• Apply business analysis skills including BRS/BRDs, process mapping, user stories, operating-model documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Understand banking products, coverage models, client management frameworks, and wholesale banking data flows and architecture.
• Use business analysis and collaboration tools such as Planview, Jira, Visio, Figma, Microsoft Office Suite, and data visualization/reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements for banking, business analysis, strategy, transformation, coverage, or operating-model initiatives.
• Map processes and develop operating-model designs and documentation.
• Develop business requirements documents and specifications, user stories, and related analysis artifacts.
• Manage stakeholders across relevant business and management levels.
