Role purpose
Operate tower cranes safely and efficiently to support lifting and material-handling activities in accordance with approved lifting plans and site procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct daily tower crane inspections.
- Operate within rated capacity and approved operating limits.
- Follow lifting plans, signals, and communication protocols; maintain clear communication with riggers and lifting supervisors.
- Immediately report breakdowns, unsafe conditions, and incidents.
- Ensure the crane is in safe parking mode while out of service.
- Maintain safe working practices and comply with site HSE requirements.
Experience and credentials
- At least 3 years of tower crane operating experience.
- Valid operator certification or licence, as applicable.
- UAE construction experience preferred.
