Role purpose

Key responsibilities

• Leads landscape projects from concept design through construction documentation and site execution.
• Develops sustainable solutions aligned with project goals and local authority requirements.
• Coordinates with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors for integrated delivery.
• Prepares and reviews master plans, planting plans, hardscape details, irrigation layouts, and technical drawings.
• Ensures compliance with municipality regulations, environmental standards, and project specifications.
• Manages schedules, resources, budgets, and deliverables; conducts site inspections and monitors quality and design intent.
• Participates in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews; supports proposals and client relationships when required.
• Assists with budgeting, cost evaluations, value engineering, and landscape scope-change assessments.
• Coordinates landscape and infrastructure interfaces and resolves design conflicts.
• Reviews drawings, specifications, BOQs, material submissions, shop drawings, mock-ups, samples, and installations.
• Supports project closeout, snagging, and handover.

Skills, knowledge, and experience

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering and proficiency in landscape design software and drafting tools.
• Requires 6–7 years of professional landscape architecture and project management experience.
• Requires UAE project experience and strong familiarity with municipality regulations and approval processes.
• Requires experience managing multidisciplinary landscape projects from concept to completion.
• Residential, mixed-use, or public realm project experience is preferred.
