Senior Business Analyst role in a financial technology and digital banking environment in Saudi Arabia.
Own and drive implementations of digital lending and banking platforms, bridging clients, product teams, and technology teams.
Work with banks, fintech companies, and financial services organizations across the region.
Implementation and analysis
- Build knowledge of digital lending products, fintech solutions, and the organization's lending platforms.
- Lead requirements sessions and produce business solution documents, functional specifications, user stories, test cases, and process workflows.
- Liaise between customers, business stakeholders, and technology teams; coordinate knowledge transfer and implementation plans with developers and solution architects.
- Manage customer deliverables, timelines, and expectations throughout implementation.
- Support deployment of digital lending platforms, loan origination systems, and loan management systems.
Testing, integration, and adoption
- Lead UAT, prepare scenarios and documentation, support end-users, and validate solutions before go-live.
- Coordinate with product, engineering, risk, credit, compliance, and operations teams.
- Support system integrations and banking technology deployments.
- Contribute to process improvements and support platform adoption by business users and financial institutions.
Candidate requirements
- Hands-on Business Analyst experience in banking, fintech, or digital financial services; relevant implementation experience is required.
- Strong digital lending platform experience and experience with core banking systems or banking platforms.
- Exposure to LOS and/or LMS implementations; experience in financial technology projects and integration-heavy fintech environments.
- Understanding of credit workflows, lending lifecycle, financial calculations, and risk-driven processes.
- Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications and technical documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- 5–10 years of relevant banking, financial services, or fintech project experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Banking, Engineering, or a related field.
- Arabic-speaking specialization is included in the job title.
