Arabic Female Business Development Executive (Executive Office) – AI Company
About This Role
We are an Abu Dhabi-based Artificial Intelligence company seeking a highly polished Female Business Development Executive to join our Executive Office and work directly with the CEO.
This role is designed to strengthen the executive team’s client-facing representation and requires a strong professional presence, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to operate in high-level business environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop strategic business opportunities and partnerships
- Represent the company in executive meetings, events, and client interactions
- Support the CEO in daily operations and coordination
- Prepare professional presentations, proposals, and reports
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into business
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Must be fluent in Arabic OR Russian in addition to English
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confident executive presence and professional appearance
- Highly organized and capable of multitasking
- Minimum 3+ years experience in business development or client relations
Preferred:
- Experience in AI, tech, or consulting industries
- UAE market experience is a strong advantage
- Exposure to executive-level communication
