Seeking a customer-focused automotive call center agent to handle calls, assist with service appointments and vehicle inquiries, follow up on requests, and support customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and follow up on vehicle service appointments.
- Respond to servicing, maintenance, repair, quotation, and service-update inquiries.
- Coordinate with service advisors, workshop teams, and relevant departments.
- Follow up on appointments, reminders, feedback, and pending requests.
- Maintain customer records, call logs, and appointment details in CRM or dealership management systems.
- Handle complaints, escalating complex issues appropriately.
- Meet call quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and appointment-booking targets.
- Follow company policies, customer data confidentiality requirements, and call center procedures.
Requirements and qualifications
- Previous call center, customer service, or automotive customer support experience is preferred.
- Dealership, service center, or aftersales experience is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette; good customer service, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or appointment booking systems.
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
- English fluency is required; additional languages are an advantage.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 5,000 per month.
