Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide accurate, friendly assistance to customers.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Document and update customer records and interactions in our database systems.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer support experience.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
- Assist in maintaining a positive and professional company image.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer support processes.
