Role overview

Responsibilities

• Support the creation, rollout, and implementation of animation projects.
• Learn client brands and visual identity systems and translate them into creative animation executions.
• Interpret briefs with originality, research and apply insights, and explain how they informed creative decisions.
• Present ideas to colleagues and clients and gather evidence of the impact of the work.
• Extend concepts across channels and outputs, working with colleagues in print, digital, moving image, and copywriting.
• Follow systems and processes and manage files and versions carefully.
• Support the team and contribute positively to the agency’s creative culture.

Experience and technical skills

• 3–5 years’ experience with advanced proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, transitions, and typography.
• Ability to turn concepts into stories and build storyboards that demonstrate the thinking behind them.
• Ability to translate brand identities and static designs into high-quality motion.
• Experience creating content across campaigns, social, digital, presentations, and film.
• Strong skills in compositing, masking, tracking, and sound syncing.
• Good understanding of video formats, frame rates, resolutions, and delivery specifications.
• Strong attention to detail, file organization, and efficient production workflows.

Additional skills

• Experience with 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for cross-discipline collaboration.
