Bring strong craft, design, and storytelling, and continue developing technical and conceptual skills.
Work collaboratively, support colleagues, and contribute to the agency’s creative culture.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation, rollout, and implementation of animation projects.
- Learn clients’ brands and visual identity systems and translate them into creative animation.
- Extend concepts across channels and outputs.
- Work with creatives in print, digital, moving image, and copywriting.
- Learn and follow systems and processes; manage files and versions carefully.
- Research and present ideas, and gather evidence to show the effectiveness of the work.
Technical Skills
- 3–5 years’ experience with advanced proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, transitions, and typography.
- Ability to develop stories and storyboards from concepts or themes.
- Ability to turn brand identities and static designs into high-quality motion.
- Experience creating campaign, social, digital, presentation, and film content.
- Strong skills in compositing, masking, tracking, and sound syncing.
- Good understanding of video formats, frame rates, resolutions, and delivery specifications.
- Experience with Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, file organization, and efficient production workflows.
