Role overview

Responsibilities

• Support the creation, rollout, and implementation of animation projects.
• Learn client brands and visual identity systems and translate them into creative animation executions.
• Extend concepts across channels and outputs, including campaigns, social, digital, presentations, and film.
• Collaborate with creatives in print, digital, moving image, and copywriting.
• Follow agency processes and maintain disciplined file and version management.
• Research and apply insights to creative decisions, present ideas, and contribute to the team.

Technical skills and experience

• Requires 3–5 years of experience and advanced proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Requires knowledge of animation principles, timing, transitions, typography, storytelling, and storyboarding.
• Requires experience translating brand identities and static designs into motion and creating content across campaign and digital formats.
• Requires compositing, masking, tracking, sound syncing, and understanding of video formats, frame rates, resolutions, and delivery specifications.
• Requires attention to detail, organized files, and efficient production workflows.
• Cinema 4D or Blender experience and familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools are a plus.
