As Analytics and Insights Specialist, you will lead, supervise, and establish the benchmark for the team's operations, playing a pivotal role in setting the team's direction while engaging stakeholders, managing initiatives, and overseeing the generation of actionable insights in line with our strategic objectives.

You will be responsible for orchestrating the collection, change management, and coordination of Data Assets that underpin Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics projects.

This includes steering the team towards effective data governance, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with best practices.

As a leader, you will coach and mentor team members, nurturing their analytical skills, and empowering them to take on greater responsibilities.

The role is based full-time in our Dubai office.
