Join CGI’s Montreal IT team as a business analyst supporting strategic initiatives in an evolving Agile environment.
Work mode is hybrid.
Responsibilities
- Guide stakeholders in defining, managing, and prioritising the backlog and participating in Agile value delivery.
- Help define project vision, objectives, scope, deliverables, and release strategies.
- Maintain the product backlog and ensure delivery teams understand business requirements.
- Coordinate planning across workstreams, including project plans, budgets, risks, issues, communications, and change management.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with project managers, architects, developers, analysts, and integrators.
- Assess impacts of initiatives on people, processes, data, and systems; engage stakeholders throughout delivery.
Required qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of BPMN and Scrum; ability to apply BPMN using available tools.
- Excellent spoken and written French and functional English.
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously, with strong communication, influencing, and persuasion skills.
Assets
- Insurance and financial services expertise is an asset.
- Experience with application system enhancement projects spanning multiple business functions is an asset.
- Knowledge of cloud environments is an asset.
Compensation
- The stated estimated salary range is $60,000 to $110,000; no pay cadence is specified.
