Role overview
Supports Treasury Management consultants serving payments clients in the Banks segment across Middle East and Africa.
Responsibilities
- Gather and summarize client and prospect information for Treasury Management consultants.
- Oversee client onboarding and implementation from a sales support perspective.
- Identify process improvements, conduct research and analysis, and recommend solutions.
- Present recommendations on complex situations and partner with internal stakeholders and external clients.
Required qualification
- Experience in Treasury Management Sales Support, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training or education.
Desired qualifications
- Treasury Management or Sales Support experience; payments and liquidity and correspondent banking experience are desired.
- Experience supporting large, complex clients; strong partnership and communication skills; self-starter mentality and strong B2B sales acumen are desired.
- Proficient English is desired; at least one additional local language is preferred.
