Analyst, Suppliers Relations II
Role Overview
Performs supplier prequalification, evaluation, and data analysis for new and existing vendors.
Maintains an accurate, compliant Approved Supplier List and supports supplier governance, risk mitigation, and performance improvement.
Coordinates with HSEQ, Engineering, Operations, and PSCM teams to gather technical and commercial inputs under the guidance of the Division Head, Supplier Relations.

Role purpose
Performs supplier prequalification, evaluation, and data analysis for new and existing vendors.
Maintains an accurate, compliant Approved Supplier List and supports supplier governance, risk mitigation, and performance improvement.
Coordinates with HSEQ, Engineering, Operations, and PSCM teams to gather technical and commercial inputs under the guidance of the Division Head, Supplier Relations.
Supplier assessment and governance
- Apply prequalification criteria to assess vendor capability, compliance, and capacity.
- Collect and verify supplier documents, certificates, and compliance records; maintain complete, current supplier profiles.
- Support supplier audits, capability assessments, and site evaluations to identify strengths, gaps, and improvement needs.
- Maintain the Approved Supplier List in ERP and related systems for accuracy, traceability, and policy compliance.
Analysis and reporting
- Analyze supplier quality, delivery, service, and risk data to inform sourcing and category decisions.
- Prepare supplier performance and risk reports for category managers and division leadership.
- Classify goods and services by sourcing category and segment suppliers by criticality, spend, and business impact.
- Recommend improvements to supplier evaluation and data management processes to improve consistency, transparency, and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, operations management, engineering, or equivalent.
- Three to six years of experience in supply chain.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
