Support the E-commerce Department by turning digital performance, customer behaviour and testing data into clear insight.
Use analysis and recommendations to improve the online guest journey, conversion, customer acquisition and retention, and commercial performance.
Key accountabilities
- Deliver ROI analysis for marketing and commercial initiatives using econometrics, control-cell testing, and reach, cost and quality analysis.
- Analyse multiple data sources to identify trends and support trading, commercial and operational decisions.
- Develop and distribute reports and dashboards with commentary on performance drivers and variances.
- Maintain insight repositories, research libraries and testing schedules.
- Support ad-hoc projects, deep dives and data preparation with analysts, data scientists and stakeholders.
Essential experience and skills
- Experience analysing and interpreting data to support business decisions.
- Ability to derive insights and recommendations from diverse, complex data sources.
- Working knowledge of analytical programming tools such as Python and/or R.
- Experience producing reports, dashboards and performance analysis for stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, accurate data handling and robust documentation.
- Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to varied audiences.
