The Fleet Support Centre provides analytical and technical support to Maritime Sustainability.
The analyst delivers operational insight, reporting, and performance management across fleet activities.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks that support fleet decision-making.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and management information for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with operational teams to investigate issues, improve processes, and support continuous improvement.
- Support business and reporting requirements through accurate data management, analysis, and insight generation.
Candidate requirements
- Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting complex datasets and translating findings into actionable insights.
- Experience using reporting and data visualization tools to create management information.
- Knowledge of performance reporting, KPI management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; able to present insights clearly.
- Collaborative, proactive, curious, resilient, and accountable approach to delivering high-quality outcomes.
Work arrangement
- Full-time, permanent role with hybrid work, including up to two days from home.
