Responsibilities

• Work through the analytical lifecycle: understand business questions, prepare data, conduct analysis, visualize findings, and communicate the story.
• Support varied colleague data and analytics requests, executive reporting, dashboards, and strategic initiatives.
• Identify new approaches and improve ways of working to deliver high-quality insights at scale.

Requirements

• Apply quantitative analysis, statistical methods, or data visualization to business problems in a complex organization.
• Use SQL, Python, R, or equivalent tools to manipulate, analyze, and interpret data.
• Extract and work with enterprise data platforms; familiarity with LUMI is essential.
• Understand distributions, regression, confidence intervals, correlation, statistical significance, p-values, and hypothesis testing.
• Develop reports, dashboards, or visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent technologies.
• People Analytics or HR data experience is preferred.
• Bring analytical curiosity, attention to detail, prioritization, communication, and collaborative relationship-building skills.
• Eligibility to work in the UK is required; visa sponsorship will not be pursued.
