Supports the asset management team with financial modelling, portfolio performance reporting, and market research across a real estate portfolio.
Maintains accurate property and financial data and supports asset strategy and investment decisions.
Financial modelling and underwriting
- Build and maintain acquisition, disposition, and hold-period financial models.
- Analyze projected returns, including IRR, equity multiple, and cash-on-cash yield, and update underwriting assumptions using current market data.
Portfolio reporting, budgets, and forecasts
- Track property and portfolio performance indicators, identify variances, and prepare reports for asset managers and senior leadership.
- Maintain property and portfolio databases; assist with annual budgets and quarterly reforecasting.
Research, due diligence, and investors
- Research local market trends, comparable transactions, and competitive positioning.
- Assist with acquisition and disposition due diligence and compile transaction documentation and data rooms.
- Prepare investor updates, board packs, and quarterly reports; coordinate with Finance to reconcile reported figures.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent is required.
- At least 2 years of relevant asset management analytics experience and at least 1 year in progressively responsible positions.
- Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
Preferred qualifications
- CFA certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Arabic is preferred.
