What You Will Do
- Review vendor invoices accurately and on time for posting in AIM accounting systems.
- Validate charges against purchase orders, goods or service receipts, or authorized approvals.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and AIM departments and follow up on pending transactions.
- Reconcile vendor statements with the company subledger and monitor vendor payment schedules.
- Provide quality service to internal and external clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar function.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and post-secondary education in accounting or a business-related field.
- General understanding of computer systems and accounting software, plus intermediate Excel skills.
- Ability to manage high transaction volumes, adapt quickly, work proactively, and communicate effectively.
- French-English bilingualism is required.
