The AML Executive will support clients with Anti-Money Laundering, compliance, and related regulatory requirements in the UAE.
The role covers customer due diligence, KYC reviews, transaction monitoring, AML documentation, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with AML compliance and regulatory requirements for UAE-based clients.
- Conduct KYC and Customer Due Diligence reviews and verify client identification documents.
- Prepare AML risk assessments, compliance documentation, records, registers, and reports.
- Review transactions for unusual or potentially suspicious activity.
- Assist with Suspicious Transaction or Activity Reports and goAML-related submissions.
- Support AML policies and procedures, periodic reviews, and pending-document follow-up.
- Communicate with clients and coordinate with accounting, audit, tax, and compliance teams.
- Keep current with UAE AML regulations and prepare updates for management and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Law, Compliance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in AML, KYC, compliance, financial services, accounting, audit, or a related field.
- Practical understanding of UAE AML/CFT regulations and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of KYC, CDD, EDD, AML risk assessment, and transaction monitoring.
- Familiarity with UAE goAML is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation, communication, organization, and deadline-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Arabic language skills and UAE AML or compliance-services experience are advantages.

Compensation
- Pay starts from AED 4,000 per month.
