Job Summary
Aluminium & Façade Engineer with experience in both aluminium system design and full façade engineering.
Skilled in designing, detailing, and executing curtain wall systems, cladding, glazing, and aluminium doors/windows, with hands-on UAE project experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop aluminium and façade systems including:
- Curtain walls (stick & unitized)
- Aluminium doors and windows
- Cladding systems (ACP, glass, stone)
- Prepare:
- Shop drawings
- Fabrication drawings
- As-built drawings
- Perform basic façade engineering calculations:
- Wind load
- Dead load
- Thermal expansion
- Review IFC drawings and ensure compliance with specifications
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors
- Prepare material submittals, technical documents, and method statements
- Supervise fabrication and site installation of aluminium/façade systems
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Ensure quality control and compliance with UAE standards
- Assist in BOQ preparation, estimation, and material optimization
Key Strengths

- Ability to handle both aluminium detailing and façade coordination
- Good problem-solving and technical decision-making skills
- Effective communication with multidisciplinary teams
- Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
