About This Role
Overview
AL QASSIM ALUMINIUM AND GLASS is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented **Cost Controller** to manage and monitor project costs for aluminium, glass, and façade works.
The candidate will ensure all projects are completed within budget while maintaining financial efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control **project budgets and costs**
- Prepare **cost reports, forecasts, and variance analysis**
- Track **material, labor, and subcontractor expenses**
- Identify cost deviations and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate with project managers, QS, and accounts team
- Review **invoices, LPOs, and payment certificates**
- Maintain cost records and financial documentation
- Support budgeting and financial planning processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting / Engineering or related field
- Minimum **2–5 years UAE experience**, preferably in aluminium & glass industry
- Strong knowledge of **cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting**
- Proficiency in **MS Excel and ERP/accounting software**
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Experience in construction or façade projects
- Immediate joiners preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
