Job Responsibilities
- Process Discovery & Business Partnership
- Partner with security, compliance, and legal teams to ensure workflows adhere to healthcare regulations and internal data governance standards.
- Support documentation of process gaps, opportunities, and functional requirements.
- AI Workflow Design & Engineering
- Integrate AI components with internal systems, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Testing, Monitoring & Performance
- Build and configure AI‐enabled workflows using established design patterns, templates, and frameworks.
- Assist with integrating internal systems, APIs, and third‐party platforms into end‐to‐end workflows.
- Adoption, Training & Change Support
- Assist in stakeholder demos and participate in training sessions to support workflow adoption.
- Help maintain workflow standards to ensure consistency, reliability, and scalability.
- Operations, Monitoring & Troubleshooting
- · Troubleshoot workflow issues, identify root causes, and propose improvements.
- Job Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) or related field or equivalent work experience required. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience
- 2+ years of experience in software engineering, automation, AI/ML tools, or workflow solutions and cross-functional delivery.
- Experience with Python and familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Understanding of APIs, orchestration tools, and integration patterns.
- Exposure to Generative AI, LLM frameworks, or AI‐driven automation.
- Skills/Certifications
- Proficiency in Python and common AI/ML or automation libraries.
- Familiarity with LLM and GenAI frameworks
- Basic understanding of containerization and deployment tools
- Strong analytical and problem‐solving abilities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document technical work.
- Ability to translate high‐level goals into workflow requirements and implementation steps.
