Job Responsibilities
- Collecting data and analyzing workforce needs, systems, trends and metrics.
- Providing reports and consultation to help management develop strategies and make business management decisions.
- Interpreting data and creating dashboards for management to identify key performance indicators and monitor productivity.
- Helping organization understand the relationship between the workforce and business processes, issues, needs and systems.
- Job Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment
- Experience
- 3 years - Experience in proven quantitative and qualitative research required
- Skills\Certifications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
