Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare, health insurance, product strategy, or related business experience.
- Experience with SQL, Google BigQuery, or similar data analysis tools.
- Experience supporting cross-functional strategic initiatives from discovery through implementation.
- Note:
- This is a remote, work-from-home position, but the final round of interviews will take place on-site in our Chattanooga, TN HQ.
- Occasional travel to BCBST locations, including Chattanooga, Tennessee, may be required.

- Job Responsibilities
- Design, development, assessment, and implementation of organizational management projects, policies, and/or procedures.
- Identifying business process improvement projects for internal business groups, and making recommendations to management on efficiencies.
- Conducting cost/benefit evaluations on various external and internal resources.
- Analyzing business requirements and production specifications to improve the effectiveness of the organization's management operations.

- Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment

- Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects
