We are looking for an
Ai Engineer
to design, build, and own production-grade systems powered by modern AI development tools, automation platforms, databases, and intelligent agents.
This role is suited to an experienced, hands-on developer who thinks in databases, APIs, workflows, and scalable system architecture—not isolated prototypes.
You should be comfortable moving quickly with tools such as Claude Code and Codex while maintaining reliability, security, and clean technical standards.

Ai Systems & Database Architecture
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable database architectures using Supabase and MongoDB.
- Deploy and manage AI agents, including Openclaw, Hermes, and Cowork, across multiple operational use cases.
- Build production-ready applications and internal systems using modern AI-assisted development workflows.
- Monitor system reliability, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve performance as usage grows.
Automation & Systems Integration
- Build, maintain, and scale workflow automations using n8n, Make, and Zapier.
- Integrate third-party APIs and connect systems across business functions from end to end.
- Develop reliable data flows between databases, AI agents, CRMs, ERPs, and external platforms.
- Create clear technical documentation for workflows, integrations, and system dependencies.
Business Platforms & Technical Delivery
- Customize and extend CRM and ERP platforms to support real operational requirements.
- Translate business challenges into practical, maintainable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements, test implementations, and deliver improvements.
- Take ownership of systems from initial architecture and development through deployment and ongoing support.
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on experience building and supporting production systems—not only demonstrations or prototypes.
- Proven experience creating workflow automations with n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Strong proficiency with modern AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Codex.
- Solid database architecture experience using Supabase and MongoDB.
- Practical experience deploying AI agents such as Openclaw, Hermes, or Cowork.
- Strong API development and third-party integration capabilities.
- A portfolio of shipped systems that you can explain and demonstrate during the interview process.
Experience With
Python, Odoo, ReactJS, Node.js, Vite, Tailwind CSS, or hands-on CRM and ERP customization
will be an advantage.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: AED 6,000–8,000 per month
