Overview
We are looking for a
professional and customer-focused Receptionist / Host
to be the face of Alba Cars and deliver a welcoming, first-class experience for every guest.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a
front-facing, fast-paced showroom environment
and takes pride in creating strong first impressions.
You will be responsible for managing reception operations, assisting walk-in customers, coordinating front desk communication, and supporting the sales team.

Front Desk Operations & Guest Experience
- Greet and assist all customers and visitors with a
- professional and friendly demeanor
- .
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and showroom inquiries, directing them appropriately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and
- welcoming reception and showroom area
- at all times.
Administrative & Sales Team Support
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for the sales team.
- Provide administrative support including
- document management, filing, and record-keeping
- .
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure
- smooth day-to-day front desk operations
- .
Customer Service Excellence
- Deliver high standards of
- hospitality and customer service
- across all interactions.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns in a
- timely and professional manner

Requirements
- Previous experience in a receptionist, host, or front desk role, preferably in a
- customer-facing environment
- .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (
- Arabic is a plus
- ).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a
- polished and professional presence
- .
- Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask, stay composed under pressure, and manage a
- busy reception area
- .
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: 3,000 – 3,500 AED per month (based on experience and professionalism)
- Work Visa sponsorship
- Medical insurance (as per UAE labor law)
Work Arrangement
- Type: Full-time, on-site position
- Working Days: 6 days per week
- Evening Shift: 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Note: Remote or hybrid work is not available
