Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused

After-Sales Account Manager

to coordinate vehicle readiness, customer handovers, and post-delivery support at Alba Cars.

This role involves managing the full handover process, including vehicle passing, PDI completion, accessories, additional works, approved extras, trade-in documentation, and RTA requirements.

You will also act as a key point of contact for customers after purchase, ensuring any concerns or pending items are resolved efficiently.

The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and highly organised, with strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.

You should be comfortable coordinating across multiple departments, managing customer expectations, and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced, KPI-driven automotive environment.

Key Responsibilitiesvehicle Preparation & Handover

  • Arrange vehicle passing and ensure PDI completion.
  • Coordinate additional works, accessories, tinting, wrapping, and approved extras.
  • Monitor vehicle readiness and ensure deliveries and handovers are completed within company timelines.
  • Conduct professional customer vehicle handovers.
  • Ensure customers receive a smooth and positive delivery experience.

After-Sales Support

  • Act as a primary point of contact for customers following vehicle purchase.
  • Manage returned vehicle concerns, pending items, and ownership-related follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the Workshop, Operations, Sales, Finance, and After-Sales teams when required.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers throughout the process.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally and efficiently.

Trade-In & Rta Documentation

  • Ensure the correct handling of trade-in and RTA documentation.
  • Monitor the completion and submission of all required documents.
  • Follow up with the relevant departments to prevent registration or delivery delays.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer cases, documentation, and outstanding actions.

Profit & Customer Experience

  • Support after-sales profit generation through approved extras, accessories, and additional works.
  • Identify suitable opportunities to upsell automotive products and services.
  • Build strong customer relationships that contribute to retention and long-term loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and internal after-sales processes.

Performance Expectations

  • Deliver consistently high customer service standards.
  • Ensure vehicles are prepared and handed over within company timelines.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention levels.
  • Support dealership profitability through after-sales products and additional services.
  • Work effectively within a KPI and performance-driven environment.
  • Ensure all customer interactions and operational processes are handled ethically and professionally.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, account management, automotive operations, after-sales, or sales.
  • Experience within the automotive industry is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage customer expectations in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
  • Good organisational skills, operational awareness, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively across different departments.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and confidence working with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Competitive Salary

  • AED 5,000 per month base salary.
  • Target-based incentive and commission structure.
  • Expected On-Target Earnings of approximately
