We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at ALBA CARS.
Located in the heart of Dubai,
Alba Cars
is a leading used car dealership known for its extensive inventory of high-quality vehicles and exceptional customer service.
As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts, playing a crucial role in driving revenue, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the business.
Location Requirement
This role is based in
Dubai, UAE
, and candidates must be willing to relocate if they are not currently residing in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Engage with potential customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits in a professional and compelling manner
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the dealership’s inventory and promotions
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up
- Collaborate with team members to develop and execute sales strategies that maximize showroom performance

Pay
£4,200 – £12,800 per month
(basic salary plus commission, based on performance)
Qualifications And Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- High level of enthusiasm, confidence, and motivation to meet and exceed targets
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- A passion for cars and a solid understanding of the automotive market is preferred
- Multilingual abilities and prior experience with CRM systems are a plus
Work Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in automotive sales
- Experience in the UAE car market is an added advantage
